I have been volunteering for time2share for the past six months. I have met other volunteers during the initial induction, but not since then. I was wondering if anyone was interested in a get together/fun day out with the befrienders/children? We have the Funday/AGM coming up in the first weekend of July, but I’m also thinking of another get together the weekend of the Bristol Balloon festival (which is the 7th-10th August). It should be a fun day out with lots of activities for the children to enjoy – and watch the balloons take off! If anyone is intersted, perhaps we could organize a trip on one of the balloons as well for the children who are interested.
